CURVY GIRL PLUS wants YOU happy!  We take pride in our merchandise and make every effort to fulfill your order correctly, but we know sometimes when it arrives, it doesn't fit or isn't exactly how you envisioned it.  We get that. We've been there.  So, we created a Return Policy just for YOU! 

CURVY GIRL PLUS will issue a full, no questions asked, REFUND or EXCHANGE to you should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase.  So, BUY with CONFIDENCE!  No sale is ever final until YOU are completely satisfied!  

Instructions 

  • Returns are allowed up to 15 DAYS from the delivered date.  
  • Returned merchandise must have ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED and be unworn and unwashed.  
  • Reach out to us through the 'CONTACT US' link or EMAIL us directly at: support@curvygirlplus.com and provide us your First/Last Name, the item (s) you ordered, and if you want a REFUND or EXCHANGE.  We are not mind readers, so this step is important!
  • If you choose to return your item and receive a refund, ship your item (s) to: 7316 E Southern Ave #7882 Mesa, AZ 85216.  Email us the tracking info to support@curvygirlplus.com  You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the item (s).
    • If you choose to exchange your item for the same item, ship your item (s) to: 7316 E Southern Ave #7882 Mesa, AZ 85216.  Email us the tracking info to support@curvygirlplus.com  When we receive your item, we will process and ship your replacement garment or product and forward the tracking info to you.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we received your returned item.  At this point, we will begin to process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we received your returned item.  At this point, we will process your exchange and ship you your replacement garment or product.  We will send you tracking info once it ships.
